Kendra & Co Realty is an independent real estate brokerage in Northwest Arkansas, led by Broker/Owner Kendra Murphy, licensed since 2003. We help with every kind of home sale, and we built our business around the situations most agents avoid: foreclosure, short sales, divorce, probate, and bank-owned properties.

Our Mission

What We Do

Facing foreclosure. We explain your options and help you act before the sale date.

Short sales. Kendra is a Certified Short Sale Expert (CSSE) and has negotiated short sales for more than 20 years. Help is available anywhere in the U.S.

Divorce. A neutral, Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE) who works with both spouses and their attorneys.

Probate and inherited homes. Both Kendra and Alicia are Certified Probate Real Estate Specialists (CPRES).

Selling your home. Accurate pricing, strong marketing, and a clear plan from listing to closing.
