Kendra Murphy is a Real Estate Broker and the owner of Kendra & Co Realty. Known throughout NW Arkansas for helping homeowners, investors, and business owners from all walks of life buy and sell real estate, Kendra has done over 1000 transactions throughout her career, and holds a deeply rooted commitment to treating every client who walks through her door, and every transaction she handles,  with the same care, expertise, and personal attention as if it were her own. With over 30 years combined experience, she and her team understands that real estate is not just about selling properties, but ensuring that their clients achieve their goal, and are happy with the results.

Formerly known as the "Queen of Short Sales", Kendra is an industry icon, who's also known throughout the U.S. as a master Short Sale negotiator and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).  She has helped hundreds of homeowners and investors throughout the country avoid losing their property to the bank,  and is an REO account servicer for banks with assets in the NW Arkansas region.
