Working with buyers is Alicia’s passion. Whether it’s a first-time buyer, a family relocating to the area, or someone searching for land to build their dream home, she loves guiding clients through every step of finding the right place. Her background in transportation and logistics also allows her to help trucking companies, manufacturers, and distributors find the right space for their businesses.

As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, Alicia has specialized training in helping families and estate representatives through the sale of inherited property, a process that often involves legal requirements, tight timelines, and emotional decisions. She approaches each situation with patience, compassion, and clear communication.

A Northwest Arkansas native, Alicia loves being part of her hometown’s growth and sharing the ins and outs of the area with new residents.
