Meet Kendra Murphy
Broker | Owner, Kendra & Co Realty
Licensed since 2003, Kendra Murphy brings extensive experience, in-depth market knowledge, skilled negotiation, and a solutions-focused approach to real estate in Northwest Arkansas.
As Broker and Owner of Kendra & Co Realty, Kendra represents buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout Benton and Washington Counties. While her experience spans traditional residential sales, investment properties, and bank-owned homes, she is particularly recognized for her expertise in complex situations.
Specializing in pre-foreclosure, short sales, probate, divorce-related real estate, and senior transitions, Kendra works with clients navigating circumstances that require more than a traditional approach to buying or selling property.
Kendra holds two of the industry's leading distressed property credentials: the Certified Short Sale Expert (CSSE) designation from the National REO Brokers Association and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. Combined with her background in distressed property negotiations and REO asset management, this training gives her valuable insight into lender processes, property valuations, and the challenges homeowners may face when their financial or personal circumstances change.
As a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE), Kendra brings specialized training to divorce-related real estate, helping clients and their attorneys navigate the sale or division of a home with neutrality, clear communication, and attention to detail during a difficult time.
Kendra also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, reflecting specialized training in helping clients age 50 and older, and their families, through later-life moves. Whether it's downsizing, relocating closer to family, or transitioning to a new living arrangement, she approaches these decisions with patience, care, and respect for what home means.
Her broader training includes the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations, representing advanced education in residential sales, buyer representation, and real estate practice. She has also earned the REALTOR® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement and the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certification, reflecting her commitment to professionalism and to serving every client fairly.
Beyond her work with clients, Kendra has served in leadership roles with the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® and the Arkansas REALTORS® Association, contributing to professional education, industry standards, and the advancement of the real estate profession.
Whether helping a family navigate the sale of an inherited property, guiding a homeowner through foreclosure alternatives, supporting a senior through a transition, or negotiating a traditional transaction, Kendra believes every client deserves honest communication, knowledgeable representation, and a strategy tailored to their circumstances.
For Kendra, real estate isn't simply about closing transactions. It's about helping people make informed decisions, protect their interests, and move confidently into their next chapter.
